Return Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: 

  • After the delivery date, we provide hassle-free returns and exchanges for seven days. It may take an additional five to seven days for the returned item(s) to reach us. We also provide services for reverse pick-up. Regardless of the quantity of items in an order, a 100-rupee reverse shipment cost will be subtracted at the time of refund for each order. This implies that if an order includes more than one item of apparel, there will only be one deduction of Rs. 100 for the total order and not for each individual item.
  • There will be two attempts at pickup. If the package cannot be picked up by the courier service. The package must be returned to a company's address. Reverse Pick Up is dependent on the service being offered in your area's pin code.
  • When returns are picked up via COD orders, a store credit will be sent to your registered email address or phone number within 3-5 working days.
  • Kindly send back the purchased items or products in the same condition that they were shipped. Refunds are not given for returned goods that are inaccurate or that are obviously worn.
  • Please give the return processing and the funds appearing in your bank account a full seven working days.
  • IMPORTANT NOTICE: ONLY PREPAID ORDERS AND ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE ARE Qualified FOR REFUNDS OR BANK TRANSFERS.
  • When you choose the COD option, you will receive store credit for payment, which you can be spend within 120 days of the returned product invoice date.
  • The cost of shipping is not refundable.

  • To avoid any loss or damage during transportation, please make sure the items are wrapped securely and that the packing bears the registered mobile number and ORDER ID. Every item needs to be undamaged, with its original box and tags still on. The whole payment plus INR 100 (in lieu of courier fees) will be reimbursed to your bank account in the instance that you paid in advance, or in the case of COD, in the form of shop credit (gift card), within 48 hours of receiving the product(s). 
  • PLEASE NOTE: Due to their unreliability and the fact that the shipment will not be accepted at the warehouse, we kindly ask that you not use The Professional Couriers for self-return shipping. Please make sure that the sum listed above does not exceed the cost of your courier service. We advise you to use "Speed Post" for your courier needs. Speed Post, a company controlled by the Indian government, operates the largest postal network in India.

  • During the period that the product(s) are in the customer's possession, they must be treated with the highest care. Returning the product(s) in the same condition as when it was received consist of all packaging, documentation, and instructions.

  • After the goods is returned, we will thoroughly inspect it and, in a reasonable amount of time, send the customer an email informing them of their right to a refund, if any. We want to complete the refund as quickly as we can, but in any case, it should not take longer than 30 working days after we sent the consumer an email confirming their eligibility for one.
